In case of violation of any condition by the guest, the accommodation has the right to prohibit the use of the room and to change the password to it, allowing only the collection of his belongings.

The accommodation also has the right to inspect the rooms to check compliance with these terms.

Arrival and departure times:

• Arrivals take place between 15:00 and 19:00.
• Departures take place until 11 am. If you breach this term, you will be charged an amount equal to one day’s charge.
• Please inform us of your arrival time at the accommodation and for any further information you may need, contact us by email at info@oliveandsea-suites.gr .

Cancellation-Charge Policy:

• At the time of your reservation we will charge your credit card with the total amount.
• If there is a cancelation, there will be no refund of the full amount of the reservation.
• In case you do not show up on the specified date of the reservation, the total amount of the reservation will also be withheld and the room will be made available.
• In case of early departure, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• In the rare event that for any reason the reserved room is not available, the accommodation has the right to make available to the guest another accommodation, of the same or higher category.
• The property has the right to cancel the reservation in cases of force majeure. In this case any charges will be refunded.

Credit card

To complete your reservation you will need to provide us with your credit card details. You hereby consent to us charging the same card as any other charges provided for in these terms.

Taxes and Service Charges:

The accommodation is subject to VAT and overnight stay tax.

Tenants and children:

• The maximum number of adults per apartment is 2 to 4, depending on the room type. The price per day and apartment is valid for 2 to 4 adults and is adjusted based on the type of room.
• For children under 3 years old, a baby cot is provided free of charge upon request and availability.
• No extra beds can be added to the apartments.
• The maximum number of children per apartment is two, provided that the number of adults does not exceed two.

Pets:

Not allowed.

Prohibitions:

• Smoking inside the apartments. If you breach this term, you will be charged an amount equal to one day’s charge.
• The use of candles inside the apartments.
• Parties and gatherings.
• Guests are not allowed to stay overnight without the permission of the person in charge of the accommodation.
• Please respect the common quiet hours:
• Winter (October 1 to March 31) common quiet hours from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• Summer (April 1 to September 30) common quiet hours from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• Only adults are allowed to use the kitchen and to prepare light meals.

Use of the accommodation

• The guests are obliged to keep the accommodation clean and to make good and careful use of it.
• The guests are responsible for the restoration of the damage or theft that may be caused by them to the facilities and equipment of the accommodation and must restore them. The property has the right to use the credit card provided at the time of booking, which will be charged with the amount corresponding to the damages, if any.
• The accommodation is not responsible for the use and content of the internet. However, linking to websites that contain information or images prohibited by law is prohibited and you accept the property’s ability to control the use of and deny access to certain websites.
• The credit card holder is responsible for compliance with all terms.

Security and Responsibilities of the Accommodation:

• The accommodation is not responsible for any loss or damage that may be caused to the guest’s luggage or belongings, as it does not provide a security service. Each guest is obliged to take care of the safety of his belongings.
• For security reasons, guests should keep the apartment key until the date and time of their departure and leave it on the desk. In case the card is lost or not returned, there will be an additional cost of 20 euros and it will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
• The corridors of the property are monitored by CCTV, which you accept. The property will not use the images unless illegal acts have been committed or suspected of being committed.
• Any responsibility of the accommodation for slight negligence is excluded.
